Payment for all cleaning services must be made in full on or same day of the service. Payment may only be made by cash,cheque or credit card. If payment is not made within 10 days after the date that cleaning services are provided, client agrees to pay a late fee equal to 10% per annum of the total amount due and unpaid, and client agrees to pay and/or reimburse for any and all costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by™ in attempting to collect such amounts.

Refund or return policy

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning for any reason please contact the office within 24 hours and we will re-send out a crew to fix any areas of concern. We value the relationships that we make and we are company built on integrity.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
